This product consists of one month of UHIP coverage for a student performing research with a York University professor through the International Visiting Research Trainee (IVRT) program. IVRTs may not enroll in UHIP through this mechanism without prior approval from the York International UHIP Administrator.

Tax is included in the cost of the product. As premiums may increase for the 2025-2026 year, the IVRT may not yet purchase coverage for the period of September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026. This will only be possible on August 1, 2025.
